Why The Prevention Plan?

We all know that what really matters in life is the health and well-being of ourselves, and our family and friends. If you have booked a health screening, or are thinking about it, you have already taken a pro-active and important step in addressing your current and future health requirements. However, if health risks are identified by your screening what happens next? How will you address and minimise your health risks? What steps will you take and when will you take them? How will you plan and monitor as your health changes throughout the year? Who will guide you? There are so many things to think about. The Prevention Plan is our NEW on-line health management toolkit, designed to provide answers to the questions above and provide you with the motivation, tools and support you need to reduce your health risks. The Prevention Plan puts the power of preventive healthcare in your hands offering you the chance to live a healthier, longer and more fulfilling life.

How does it work?

All you have to do is add this to your screening package when you book. Then, after your health screening, you will be sent your password to a personalised website.  Here, you can upload your Life Line Screening results to your Health Risk Assessment and answer a few more questions on-line relating to your health, family and medical history and lifestyle. The Prevention Plan will analyse your data, determine your top 5 health risks and formulate a personalised plan offering you step-by-step guidance to reduce your health risks. Plus, you also have 12-months access to a dedicated nurse helpline (please note, this is not an emergency line - please dial 999 if you require urgent medical attention) so you can discuss your progress as you learn how to make the right health decisions for you. You can also easily upload your screening results into your Personal Health Record.

The Prevention Plan was designed for you and is available to anyone who is serious about lowering their health risks and being pro-active in managing their future health and well-being. The plan will help you make the right health decisions based on your personal prevention report and will keep you motivated as you progress through the year and see week-on-week improvement.

The Prevention Plan can be yours for just £35 when booked in conjunction with any of our four main screening tests:
