AAA is a condition in which the lining of the blood
vessel called the aorta is enlarged within the
abdomen.
• Peripheral arterial disease (PAD)
PAD is the narrowing or clogging of the arteries
in the legs.
• Risk for heart disease
Heart disease refers to a collection of diseases
and conditions affecting the heart.
• High cholesterol
Cholesterol is a type of fat in the blood that is
considered a risk factor when it is elevated.
• Type 2 diabetes
Diabetes is a disease in which the body does
not produce or properly use insulin. Type 2 is
the most common type of diabetes.
• Risk for osteoporosis
Osteoporosis is a disease in which bone
becomes fragile.
